Quazeltarion provides professional investment consultation services on an hourly basis, ranging from $100-$500 per hour depending on consultation complexity and requirements. Services include investment strategy development, portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and financial planning advice.
Consultations are scheduled by appointment and may be conducted in-person, by phone, or via video conference. Fees are discussed and agreed upon before scheduling. Payment is required within 30 days of service delivery unless alternative arrangements are made.
Clients must provide accurate and complete financial information necessary for effective consultation. You are responsible for implementing advice according to your own judgment and risk tolerance. We recommend consulting with other professionals including accountants and lawyers for comprehensive financial planning.
Our consultations provide general investment advice and education. We do not provide specific recommendations to buy or sell particular securities without thorough analysis of your individual circumstances. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and all investments carry risk of loss.
All materials, analysis, and proprietary methodologies provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Quazeltarion. Clients may use information for personal investment purposes but may not redistribute or commercialize our advice.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and expect clients to respect the proprietary nature of our consultation methodologies and market analysis.
Quazeltarion liability is limited to the fees paid for consultation services. We are not liable for investment losses or decisions made based on our advice. Clients acknowledge that investment involves risk and that they make final investment decisions independently.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with South African commercial arbitration rules. These terms are governed by South African law and subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
